I must say, this drawing shows what you're truly capable of doing! The heavy lighting around the neck, eyes and nose really make your piece look three dimensional and pop.

Some of the figures are pretty tough to make out but from what I believe I can tell is that they show and highlight what the slaves have been doing! Not to mention the face. The face displays the expression most slaves then had, which was also captured flawlessly. The symbols of merciless labour such as the sugar canes, pitchforks and shackles are executed and makes one feel as if they felt surrounded by these items. If there was anything I'd add it would be another facial expression another slave would have, like facing down. Or you could add the "Am I not a man" quote, both are suggested for a larger impact on the audience.

But nonetheless, you have a well-executed masterpiece!
